Every Edel company makes software we need ourselves, keeps it on your own machine, and sells it at a price you never have to think about.

02 — The Edel way
This is the whole contract between us and you. If we ever break one of these, you should demand your money back.
€10 a year or €30 for life. Every feature included, all updates included. No ads, no add-ons, no "premium" tier hiding behind a second payment.
Everything runs locally, even offline. No account, no cloud, no AI reading your documents. What happens on your PC stays on your PC.
Closed software asks for trust. Open code earns it. Every line is public under the GNU AGPL-3.0 — anyone can check that it does what it says, and nothing more.
Designed and built with love in Switzerland, under a jurisdiction you can rely on. We pay our taxes here, and we answer for what we ship.
New laptop? Activate there and the old one switches off automatically. No support tickets, no phone calls, no buying the same software twice.
We are professionals first — we hold the meetings, edit the contracts, do the training. We make the software we need ourselves, and we keep updating it.
03 — Pricing
While the market charges €100–240 a year per seat, we decided software could cost less than a coffee a month.

If you own any Edel app, every other app in the family is 50% off — €5 a year or €15 for life. One fair price was already rare. A family that rewards you for staying? That's new.

04 — Roadmap
We don't guess what you want — you tell us, and if enough people agree, it ships. Sometimes in days, not quarters.
Ask for a feature, a language, an integration or a platform. If we build your suggestion into any Edel app, you get 6 months free. Keep suggesting, keep it free — some users never pay us a cent, and we're proud of that.
When two or three people ask for the same thing, we stop discussing and start building — immediately. Your emails genuinely steer what the family makes next, including entirely new apps.
Currently on the bench: Mac versions of EDELPDF and Edel Notetaker, German and Spanish transcription, more ATS and CRM connections, PDF to Excel and PowerPoint. Missing something? That's what the inbox is for.
